We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Data migration Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Position Overview Our SAP Implementation FICO Functional Consultant will lead others through the implementation of SAP. Duties include but may not be limited to: Ability to lead business workshops for blueprinting activities Analyzing legacy data, quality check of submitted load files, testing load quality, leading user testing and acceptance of load process, providing input into specifications for automated data migration transformation rules, analysis and identification of duplicate records and other activities required for successful and on time data migration Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications Provide direction to SAP BODS / ADM development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities Work closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, on project planning and load scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Job Requirements 8+ of Overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts 2+ Yrs. of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration expertise in SAP Finance Master / transaction data including GL Accounts, Assets, GL/AR /AP Balances etc.. Exposure in using Data Migration Tools like SAP BODS/IS, Syniti / Backoffice Associates ADM, SAP S4 HANA Migration Cockpit etc.. Experience with creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping, rules etc.. Skills Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture, preferably involving the implementation of SAP. Solid analytical / problem solving skills Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Job Title: Senior Syniti MDM Consultant (10+ Years Experience)Location: Bangalore Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Syniti MDM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management to lead enterprise-level data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Syniti MDM (formerly known as BackOffice Associates) , strong data governance understanding, and a successful track record of driving MDM implementations across large-scale environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Syniti MDM solutions for enterprise clients. Work with business and technical stakeholders to define data governance, data quality , and MDM strategies . Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment using Syniti tools. Integrate Syniti MDM with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce , etc. Develop and enforce master data standards, policies , and process frameworks . Provide leadership in data modeling , entity relationships, and hierarchy management . Manage data migration projects using Syniti Data Migration tools (formerly DSP). Support metadata management and data lineage for critical data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Material, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business adoption of MDM best practices. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues with Syniti MDM platform.
