**NOTE : Remote (India) preference for Pune or Mumbai** About the Company : At Indisea Software,we specialize in building integrations between our customers' APIs and leading platforms like Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and other enterprise and business-critical systems. Our connectors enable businesses to expand their offerings and reach new markets. Role Purpose: Lead a small team (2-5 developers) to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs integrating modern applications with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Shopify. The role balances approximately 60% people management and 40% hands-on technical contribution. Experience & Background: 8-10 years of solid backend development experience, primarily using .NET/C# or other modern backend programming languages, with a consistent track record of architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance services. 3-5 years of proven leadership experience ---- successfully managing and mentoring developers through regular 1:1s, coaching, performance reviews, and creating a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Comprehensive technical expertise in .NET or equivalent frameworks, with strong hands-on experience in SQL Server, other relational databases, and NoSQL technologies to support diverse integration and data needs. Deep practical knowledge of designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, leveraging containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and deploying applications to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS ensuring reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery. Extensive background in building ERP integrations or middleware solutions including integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Shopify, and expertise in data flow design, secure APIs, and best practices for enterprise-scale systems. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills effectively collaborating with QA, DevOps, product teams, and senior business leaders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions and ensure seamless delivery. Thrives in small, agile teams working within a Kanban process, demonstrating the ability to prioritize dynamically, manage team workloads efficiently, and deliver value quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with modern AI-assisted coding tools using these to boost development productivity and maintain high code quality. Hands-on experience with frontend technologies particularly JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, enabling end-to-end ownership of integration features and effective collaboration on full-stack product enhancements. Key Focus Areas: Leading and mentoring the team: coaching, mentoring, setting goals, and driving engineering best practices Designing and coding integration services and APIs for ERPs Data modeling and optimization for SQL and NoSQL databases Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring Additional Qualifications: Exposure to security, authentication, and data governance in ERP integrations Team Size: 2-5 engineers under direct management Ideal Candidate Persona: Technically strong manager who enjoys coding part of the time Experience building or maintaining ERP integrations Thrives in small teams and fast-paced environments Effective communicator, mentor, and collaborator
