As a Solution Architect at CES, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align with both technical feasibility and business objectives. It is essential that these solutions seamlessly integrate with existing systems and add value to the organization. Your expertise in tech stacks such as .Net, .Netcore, JavaScript, SQL, React/Angular, AWS/Azure will be pivotal in delivering successful solutions. Additionally, experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, and other backend languages will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Design and Development: - Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing ecommerce solutions on the BigCommerce platform. - Lead architecture for frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration between systems. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture solutions. Ecommerce Domain Expertise: - Provide deep insight into Ecommerce domain, including catalog management, product pricing, checkout process, and customer experience optimization. - Ensure high-level security and compliance for all ecommerce transactions and uptime. Technology Expertise: - Demonstrated experience in Retail & Ecommerce domain. - Strong background in technology domains like software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, data & analytics. - Design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure. - IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries. - Proficiency in services like Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Modernization. - Cloud Infrastructure expertise in AWS. Adaptability and Problem Solving: - Ability to adapt to new technologies and environments. - Proficient in solution improvement, innovation, and problem-solving. - Strong understanding of technical and financial considerations. Technical Leadership: - Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in software architecture, coding, and deployment. - Guide teams in selecting appropriate tools and technologies. - Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot architectural bottlenecks. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Present architecture solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ecommerce solutions. Qualifications: - Specific domain expertise in Retail & E-commerce. - Technology domain areas experience. - Design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure experience. - IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries experience. - Proficiency in Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI & Modernization. - Adaptability to new technologies. - Hands-on experience with AWS. - Understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and serverless computing. - Strong business acumen. - Experience in Project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum. Preferred Certifications: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional). - BigCommerce Certifications. - Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (optional).
