Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately record and update information in databases and other systems.

· Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and other relevant data.

· Prepare reports and documentation related to supply chain activities.

· Track and manage supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

· Communicate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) and external vendors.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.

· Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team.

· Assist in generating reports on supply chain performance, costs, and efficiency.

· Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills:

· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.

· Qualification : Must be Graduate in any Stream.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

· Data Entry & Management: Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.

· Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in all tasks, especially in data entry and documentation.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations.

· Proficiency in Software: Familiarity with relevant software, including inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant tools.

· Understanding of Supply Chain: Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
