Job Title: Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager Corporate Travel Experience: 5+ Years Reports To: Head Corporate Sales / Business Head Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise and mid-market corporate travel accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the travel domain. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate clients for managed travel services. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking. Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Understand client requirements and tailor travel solutions to meet their needs. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Work closely with operations, account management, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership. Participate in industry events and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2E sales experience in the corporate travel industry . Strong network and relationships with corporate travel decision-makers. Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Familiarity with travel technologies, GDS systems, and online booking tools (OBTs) is an advantage. Preferred: Prior experience with TMCs (Travel Management Companies). Exposure to selling travel technology platforms or hybrid travel solutions. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
