Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of email/push notification KPIs and drive optimization efforts - Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies - Utilize platforms like Braze or Iterable to design and optimize automated workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution - Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement - Ensure email compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM - Implement innovative personalization and segmentation strategies - Maintain a proactive marketing calendar to stay organized and efficient Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field Preferred Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Leadsquared) - Familiarity with design tools like Figma and design fundamentals - Strong writing skills for both long-form and short-form content - Understanding of behavioral triggers and user segmentation - Analytical mindset with fluency in data analysis - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Experience in fast-paced B2C environments A Typical Day: Your day will involve analyzing campaign metrics, attending cross-team meetings, designing user journeys, collaborating with designers, setting up A/B tests, monitoring compliance, and brainstorming new strategies.
