As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Ultrahuman, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement data-driven and creative email marketing strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will be in charge of key performance indicators such as click-through rates, open rates, retention rates, engagement metrics, and revenue generation. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams including product, content, and design to ensure the success of our lifecycle communication strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of email/push notification KPIs and drive optimization efforts - Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies - Utilize platforms like Braze or Iterable to design and optimize automated workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution - Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement - Ensure email compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM - Implement innovative personalization and segmentation strategies - Maintain a proactive marketing calendar to stay organized and efficient Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field Preferred Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Leadsquared) - Familiarity with design tools like Figma and design fundamentals - Strong writing skills for both long-form and short-form content - Understanding of behavioral triggers and user segmentation - Analytical mindset with fluency in data analysis - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Experience in fast-paced B2C environments A Typical Day: Your day will involve analyzing campaign metrics, attending cross-team meetings, designing user journeys, collaborating with designers, setting up A/B tests, monitoring compliance, and brainstorming new strategies.
