As a Client Servicing Executive for Corporate Events located in Navi Mumbai with 1-3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional client satisfaction by managing end-to-end client engagement for B2B events. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing event execution, project management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting & documentation. You will be expected to manage client commitments, sponsorship benefits, and contractual obligations within deadlines, as well as work closely with production teams to ensure smooth execution of branding, digital promotions, and on-site requirements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or project delivery, preferably in a B2B event company. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software is also required.
