Roles & Responsibilities Salesforce B2B Commerce Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements. Customize and develop Salesforce B2B Commerce features and functionalities. Configure pricing, products, catalogues, and promotions within the B2B Commerce platform. Integration and Data Management: Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with other systems, such as ERP and CRM. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data cleansing and maintenance activities. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and data synchronization. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their use of the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform. Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B Commerce. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the B2B Commerce platform's performance and user experience. Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related technologies. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex programming. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy B2B Commerce Cloud solutions on Salesforce. Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX. Build and maintain complex product catalogs, pricing structures, customer groups, and storefront logic. Develop integrations with third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, OMS) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and other development teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and company coding standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze) . Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning). Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile development methodologies. Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II or B2B Commerce certifications (preferred).

SAP Hybris Support Engineer/ SAP Hybris Developer : 3-7 Y • End to end knowledge of Hybris Order Management and Hybris Data Hub integration. Salesforce B2B: Work on a complex Salesforce B2B Commerce project for our large clients.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers; perform work reviews and ensure code quality. Design, develop, and enhance SF B2B Lightning Commerce solutions. Contribute to client engagements through technical expertise and delivery excellence. Perform effort estimation, task planning, and reporting. Conduct pull request (PR) reviews and manage code merges. Collaborate with project managers using ALM tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO). Apply DevOps practices; Copado experience is a plus. Contribute to architectural discussions and solution design. Primary Skills Required: SF B2B Lightning Cloud Commerce (must-have). Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Basic solution design understanding. DevOps knowledge (Copado experience is an advantage). Experience in effort estimation, project tracking using Jira/ADO. Strong skills in PR review, code merge, and version control.
