System Engineering- Dependent Tooling Knowledge or similar, troubling shooting, Domain knowledge- Specific Product Knowledge, Know the engineering, operations teams associated, Understand business flows Understand where the product lives, how it interacts with dependencies, What are current issues in the product? Communication, Leading incident calls, Articulate problem, Working with product owners in respective domains Working with app team to be up to date on product knowledge, Being present in meetings, Engagement OS Knowledge (Windows, Linux), Basic Networking- Firewall, Gateway, FTP, AppPool, IIS Independent and proactive in getting the work done, Add value to the discussion Ability to perform work without reminders.
