.Net Developer / Sr. Analyst If you have experience in GenerativeAI , it will be added advantage. What we are looking for - - Around 5-10 years of experience in Software Development. - Candidate should be willing to write code. - Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology. - Experience in Supporting Production Applications. - Excellent Communication skill. - Experience in mentoring Team Members and providing them with technical direction. - Good Exposure in Insurance Domain will be a plus. - Should possess knowledge of Underwriting process. - Experience in reviewing architecture and providing strategies to optimize it. - Experience in providing effort estimates. - Monitoring the application performance using different tools like: Data Dog, Nlog. Technical Skills: - Hands on coding experience in .Net core, MVC, Angular, Azure Function, Azure Logics, LinQ. - Hands on in IIS, CI/CD, Dev Ops, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF services. - Hands on experience in SQL Server which includes writing efficient stored procedures and database tuning. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Experience in Camunda will be a plus. Responsibility- - Be a part of a team that is responsible for managing an insurance application that is used by multiple teams to support operations for a key client. - Review the application and create strategies to optimize it. - Mentor and groom the technical team members. - Understand the client requirements and provide a solution within the application. - Provide estimates and hardware size. - Be willing to write code. - Analyze user requirements to define business objectives. - Envisioning system features and functionality. - Define application objectives and functionality. - Ensure application designs conform with business goals. - Identify and resolve any technical issues arising. - Create detailed design documentation. - Develop technical designs for application development.
