You are an experienced End User Computing Specialist with over 5 years of dedicated experience in End User Computing (EUC) and a deep passion for ensuring the peak performance, security, and efficiency of enterprise device environments across both Windows and macOS platforms. Your role is critical in managing and optimizing organizational devices, ensuring robust security, and proactive IT operations. As an End User Computing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of enterprise-level end-user devices, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management for both Windows and macOS environments. You will design and implement robust strategies for application patch management, conduct regular fleet health checkups, focus on performance optimization, drive stringent security compliance, develop insightful dashboards for reporting, and utilize data for proactive IT operations and troubleshooting support. You must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC) and enterprise device management. Proven expertise in managing large-scale Windows and macOS environments, extensive experience with Application Patch Management strategies and tools, and demonstrable experience with EUC management tools such as Nexthink, Axonius, JumpCloud, Automox, CyberArk EPM, and DataDog are essential. Strong understanding of device performance optimization, security best practices, data-driven dashboards, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote team environment are required for this role.,
