As a BI Developer at NiCE, you will play a crucial role in developing Reports for a multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS product. Collaborating with the core R&D team, you will be responsible for creating high-performance Reports that cater to the use cases of various applications within the suite. Your impact will be significant as you take ownership of the software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, unit testing, and deployment. You will work closely with QA teams to ensure the consistent implementation of architectural concepts across the product. Additionally, you will act as a product expert within R&D, understanding the product's requirements and market positioning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Sales, Customer Support, and Services will be essential to ensure successful product delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and building Reports based on given requirements, creating design documents and test cases, developing SQL to address ad-hoc report requirements, conducting analyses, and creating visualizations and reports as per specifications.
