Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AWS Operational Support Analyst to support the daily operations and health of our cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud monitoring tools, and incident management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring system uptime, performance, and security across our cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor AWS infrastructure health and performance using tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog, New Relic). Respond to alerts and incidents; troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and service-related issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patching, and resource optimization. Manage IAM users, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies. Participate in on-call rotation and escalate critical incidents as needed. Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform). Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident reports, and root cause analyses. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards.
