AVP - Technical Implementation Manager

Job Description

Opening with a leading Fintech company for their office in Mumbai Role: AVP - Technical Implementation Manager Experience: 11 Years+ Roles & Responsibility: Production Migration: Plan, execute, and oversee production migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. L2 Support Team Management: Lead and manage the L2 support team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective issue resolution. Post-Production Handover: Coordinate post-production handover activities, ensuring knowledge transfer and smooth transition to the support team. Infrastructure Planning: Forecast server/infrastructure requirements for project go-live, collaborating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure adequate resources. IT Infrastructure Coordination: Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions that meet project requirements. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, technical leads, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution. QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, server management, and production environments. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Work with relational databases and integrate applications with back-end systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Spring and Java development. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the reliability and quality of the developed software. Assist in the deployment and implementation of applications into production environments.
