Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. Clear, in-depth understanding of IAM domain. Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database (preferably Oracle), LDAP,AD, Java, Linux,Web application servers, Cloud infrastructure and Web-techologies. Working knowledge of RSA G&L(formerly Aveksa) product and its internals at customer sites Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Completes end-of-project reports while adhering to planning and SOW requirements. Desirable Requirements: Development experience (Java, Shell scripting) is desirable. Communication Skills Verbal & Written (Advanced) Leadership & Team Development(Advanced) Customer Relationship Management (Advanced) Project Management (Advanced) stakeholders management (Advanced) Process Improvement (Advanced) BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science OR Information Technology.
