As a Website Developer at Cavintek, you will be responsible for constructing, managing, and optimizing high-performance WordPress websites that prioritize speed, security, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in utilizing Elementor and Avada themes, the ability to generate dynamic programmatic pages, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced B2B setting. In the realm of Development & Customization, your duties will include developing, customizing, and upkeeping WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, with a specific focus on leveraging Elementor and Avada themes. Additionally, you will be tasked with crafting dynamic programmatic pages to facilitate the delivery of personalized, scalable web content. When it comes to Optimization & Maintenance, you will be expected to enhance website speed, performance, SEO, and ensure mobile responsiveness. You will also play a crucial role in independently identifying and resolving bugs and compatibility issues, all while suggesting design enhancements. Moreover, it will be essential for you to periodically scrutinize competitor sites and industry trends to drive continuous innovation. Your role will involve close collaboration with design, content, and marketing teams to achieve project objectives. Effective communication and timely responses to team members will be paramount in fostering a cohesive work environment. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in WordPress development, possessing proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience in custom theme and plugin development using Elementor and Avada themes is also a key requirement. Your ability to create programmatic pages for dynamic content delivery and your strong emphasis on optimizing website speed and ensuring mobile responsiveness will be highly valued.
