Job Summary:

Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright with Java/Python.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report bugs accurately.
Contribute to continuous improvement in test automation practices, frameworks, and processes.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for seamless release cycles.
Maintain detailed and structured documentation of test scripts and execution results.

Required Skills:

4–7 years of experience in test automation.
Proficiency in
Java or Python
for test script development.
Strong hands-on experience with
Selenium
or
Playwright
frameworks.
Experience in API testing and automation is a plus.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
Exposure to version control tools like Git and CI tools like Jenkins.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
