Description
You will collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and domain experts to understand business objectives and identify automation opportunities. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that leverage AI/ML technologies and RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Automation cloud and desktop while aligning with the organization's goals and requirements. You will lead and run projects related to intelligent automation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams throughout the entire automation development lifecycle. It will be your responsibility to develop and maintain documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and project plans. You will identify and address potential risks and challenges during the automation implementation and offer effective mitigation strategies, including security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and system failures. Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and RPA technologies (Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, UIPath) is crucial to recommend and implement standard methodologies. Collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate intelligent automation solutions with existing systems and applications will also be part of your role. You will be expected to mentor and coach team members, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles. Optimizing the solution architecture to ensure high performance, scalability, and efficiency will be another essential task. This includes identifying and implementing strategies such as caching, load balancing, and database optimization to improve system responsiveness and throughput. You will design and implement security measures to protect the solution against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. Identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements that will guide the solution design is a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will assess and evaluate different technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the project. Studying, analyzing, and understanding business requirements in the context of business intelligence will also fall under your purview. Designing and mapping data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights and utilizing Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition to the primary responsibilities mentioned above, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand their requirements and objectives. Identifying existing systems and applications that need to be integrated into the solution and designing integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms to ensure seamless communication and interoperability between systems will be part of your secondary responsibilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a shared understanding of the solution architecture and documentation of the solution architecture, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications, will also be expected from you.,
