Automation QA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional knowledge of Workday, hands-on experience with the Opkey automation tool, excellent communication skills, and substantial experience in the testing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using the Opkey tool for Workday applications.

Collaborate with the functional team to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during testing.

Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.

Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Continuously improve the automation framework and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Functional Knowledge of Workday: In-depth understanding of Workday modules, functionalities, and business processes.

Opkey Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts using the Opkey tool.

Testing Domain Experience: 4-10 years of experience in the testing domain, with a focus on automation testing.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
