Role & responsibilities Shift Engineer/SIC Mechanical maintenance & Utility of all 10 lines from processing section Preferred candidate profile Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Fully Automation lines Hydraulic presses , Blasting machines, MPI machines. Execute MGRs of all lines & updating in system, Support to production to improve uptime of machines 5S and TPM activity for PM pillar. Kaizens for MTTR, MTBF, 5S & safety Support in projects and small improvements Knowledge of hydraulic systems, knowledge of drives, Lubrication system, Able to understand Hydraulic & pneumatic circuits & fault findings. Work on Overhead cranes, Special Purpose machine, Robot maintenance Etc. Basic Knowledge of electrical
