Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer at our cutting-edge Gen AI-powered risk assessment platform, you will play a key role in redefining how the commercial insurance industry approaches underwriting. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. You will execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team. Collaboration with developers to understand software requirements and design test strategies will be essential. You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience with a strong background in Java and Selenium RestAssured. Experience with automation in Java and API testing is required, while Python experience is considered a plus. You should have a proven track record of working in product-based companies and be familiar with SAAS-based product concepts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about new technologies, a self-starter, and a team player. You should be goal-driven, hardworking, and have a strong desire to solve complex problems. In this role, you will continuously enhance test automation frameworks, improve test coverage, and stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred. Technical requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
