As an Adobe Target Senior, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Adobe Target Activities to enhance website conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value. You will design and create Adobe Target experiences using various targeting methods like audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization. It will be your duty to launch and monitor Adobe Target Activities to track performance and optimize results. Troubleshooting Adobe Target issues and providing technical support to stakeholders will also be a part of your role. You will collaborate strategically with product management and analytics teams to support distinct Target capabilities such as A/B testing, MVT, Recommendations, XT (Experience Targeting), and Automated Personalization. Your experience in implementing and configuring Web & Mobile SDKs, Data streams, Adobe Data Collection, and Adobe Launch will be crucial. Staying up-to-date on the latest Adobe Target features and best practices is also expected. Your knowledge and skills should include in-depth understanding of the Adobe Target platform, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. You should have experience with Optimization/Testing Tools like Adobe Target and exposure to cross-product integration. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools is required. Proficiency in Tag Management Solutions, preferably Adobe Launch/Data Collection, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Knowledge of Web Analytics is a plus. A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams. You should be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
