Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance. 2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC - Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot (Yasukawa, Nachi & Kawasaki), Fanuc controllers. 3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link. 4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer. 5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians. 6. Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how. 7. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev.
