This role will be responsible for vendor management, risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and client-related compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and contract administration within a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Audits and Risk Management: Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Manage and maintain comprehensive risk registers Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies 2.
