Key Responsibilities:
Roll out and manage local marketing campaigns across all walk-in centers, ensuring timely execution
and impact tracking.
Coordinate with center heads to allocate phlebotomists and front office staff for planned health
camps and outreach activities.
Conduct regular center visits to identify branding needs, oversee implementation, and ensure visual
consistency across locations.
Drive the launch of new centers with strong branding and promotional support to boost visibility and
footfall.
Ensure availability and distribution of all required marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, banners,
signages, etc.) at centers.
Liaise with design teams and external vendors for printing and delivery of branding and promotional
materials.
Maintain a centralized tracker for all marketing activities, budgets, and collateral inventory.
Monitor the effectiveness of center-level campaigns with ROI analysis and suggest improvements.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints within centers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
English & Kannada Spoken & Written language
Must attend camps
Minimum 3-4 years of experience, 2 wheeler is a must
