JOB DESCRIPTION Asst. Manager - Treasury The requirement is in Treasury Department (Family Office) of the company, managing various Investments for the company. BRIEF The company invests its surplus funds in various Assets Classes, Viz. Equities, Bonds & Debentures, Real estate, AIFs, PMS, Structured Debt etc. POSITION TITLE JOB GRADE Asst. Manager - Treasury REPORTING TO JOB LOCATION Manager Treasury HOD FUNCTION/ DEPARTMENT EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Mumbai Head Office Graduate (B.Com, BMS, Finance Major), MBA (Finance) REGION Mumbai EXPERIENCE 3 5 years POSITION TYPE Full Time JOB OVERVIEW Overseeing the cash flow, maintaining investment records & preparing expense & earning reports under the guidance of HOD while ensuring policies & procedures are met. JOB PURPOSE The candidate must have knowledge of various form of Asset Classes and is required to assist the Treasury Department in Analysis, Monitoring and implementation of the proposed investments/ investments already made by the company, the brief profile of the candidate will include as mentioned below but not limited to, 1. Analysis of Quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly results of companies 2. Coordination with the various Fund Managers and Wealth advisors 3. Preparation of Portfolio Performance reports CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 4. Attending various meetings/seminars/presentation with Fund managers and preparing Minutes. 5. Periodic calculation of Return of the invested funds 6. Keeping track of fund inflow/outflow and managing periodic liquidity requirement. 7. Coordination with companys corporate office for day-to-day affairs. 8. Preparation of periodic MIS reports. 9.
