Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to sell advertisement space in print and digital publications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized advertising solutions.
  • Good Knowledge of Industry verticals such as Retail, FMCG, Services , Consumer Durables etc.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate rates, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the design and editorial team to ensure timely delivery of advertisement material.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • UG/PG degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 8 - 13 years of experience in Advertising sales for Print / Radio / Digital / Events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of media buying/planning and advertising trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
