Asst Manager-Construction Systems

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company's customer base to ensure a strong presence in the market. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to your line manager. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status will be crucial. Driving a high level of engagement with channel partners and the technical community to support the long-term strategic goals of the company will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining good rapport with distributors, SFA (Specialty Finishes Applicators), and applicators to gain support and provide excellent service. You will be expected to achieve the given sales targets through proactive identification of sites for infrastructure building, providing the required specifications, offering on-site support, and leading to the logical closure of the sale.,
