Job Description

Job Description Own Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end and manage presales activities. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Solution Teams etc. for quality and timely submission of pursuit deliverables. Program-manage the entire Bid management lifecycle from bid planning, owning the pursuit deliverables. Responsibilities include data collection, assigning activities, setting up regular cadence connects, organizing workshop sessions and storyboarding the proposal response and ensuring the bid responses are in line with the client requirements and organization s competencies/offerings. Author Bid Response and contribute to development of solutions working closely with the Solution Architects, Service Line Specialists and Delivery Managers to ensure all aspects of customer s requirements are addressed. Manage sections of deal responses (e.g., pricing and estimation, profitability modeling, references, case studies etc.) Highlight the Win themes and Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of organization s Digital offerings. Interact and coordinate with leadership and multiple stakeholders to drive timely review of the solution before submission. Conduct Secondary research to gather and report industry information (e.g., Know Your Customer (KYC), Competitor Intelligence and Benchmarking, Market Trends etc.) Contribute to Knowledge Management s and Practice Development initiatives such as creating collaterals for practice offerings, assets, accelerators and consistent tracking and reporting of the opportunity progress in the internal bid management platform.
