Job Description

Overall Control, Budgeting, Production, Dispatch of Coal , Productivity, Safety, Liaison Planning, Supervision and Execution of Mining activities of two mines with the combined capacity of 7 MTPA. To achieve the Production target of two mines with optimum financial impact.
Statutory permissions of both the mines.
Organizing and managing the MDO contract for two mines.
Supervision of compliance of all statutory requirements.
Ensure both the mines working as per DGMS / MoEF / MoC permissions

Planning and execution of new Green-field Mining projects-
Drive the technology , innovation and sustainability agenda of the company Techno-commercial-social-environmental feasibility
Ensuring efficient asset/resource planning & utilization- Resource & asset selection, their allocation, utilization, productivity & efficiency parameters.
Process efficiency and achievement of overall business plans- on time scale with quantity and quality.
Ensuring all safety and regulatory compliances- all statutory and mandatory permissions and its compliances
Project report preparation and phase-wise compliance of Green-field mining projects- Land acquisition, R&R, Public hearing, Environment & Forest clearances from MoEF and state PCB, License from PESO, Transit pass from District mining office.
Global mining practices and technology
Strong understanding of mining regulatory norms- MoEF, CCO, DGMS, PCB, Land acquisition and R&R etc.

Candidate Qualification :- BE Mining Engineering with First Class Mines Managers Competency (Coal) certification with
