Associate Project Manager (Online Survey Management)

The Associate Project Manager position at Torfac is crucial for the successful execution of online data collection projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality throughout the processes. A deep understanding of the project's objectives and deadlines is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include replying to client emails promptly with proper email etiquette, setting up projects in our system as per client specifications, applying relevant quotas and targets, testing surveys before sample release, meeting client commitments within scheduled timelines, monitoring live projects, and proactively addressing any issues to ensure project success. Additionally, you will be required to maintain regular communication with clients for updates, closure, and billing, as well as ensuring accurate and timely project billing. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously (some with tight deadlines), have a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in tools such as Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. A strong understanding of internet usage and market research methodologies will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and be willing to work the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM IST (5 days a week).
