Associate Project Manager I

You will be part of a dynamic start-up based in Bengaluru & Delhi NCR focused on developing next-generation missions and technologies for the Indian defence forces. Your key responsibilities will include project management for the development and delivery of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), involving planning timelines, costs, and schedules using Agile Methodology. You will be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, schedules, and milestones. Collaborating cross-functionally internally, you will facilitate the removal of barriers and implement processes to enhance productivity and address bottlenecks. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning for mid to large-scale UAS, tracking project progress, and coordinating with stakeholders regularly. Partnering with Subject Matter Experts, you will create communications and standard procedures to ensure operational readiness. Your role will also involve prioritizing tasks, scheduling resources, finding solutions to complex problems, and implementing internal processes such as procurement management and timesheets. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical preferred) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAV design and development. Strong communication skills, exposure to PM Tools, and a proactive attitude towards contributing to workflow, processes, and team dynamics are essential. Possessing a project management-related certification would be advantageous.,
