Colruyt India is looking for a Leader who would take up the role of (Associate) Delivery Head for Application Development and Maintenance teams in Service Center ADM. This Service Center delivers projects and programs using emerging technologies and tools in Java, Mainframe etc to support Colruyt Group business in a global working model. They also do support and maintenance of the custom applications / packages
We are seeking an experienced Associate Delivery Head for our Application Development team.
This role involves overseeing the delivery of application development projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple application development projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure project delivery within budget, scope, and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
Develop and implement best practices for application development processes.
Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to achieve desired outcomes.
