Role - Associate Creative Quality Visualizer Location - Bangalore HQ About the Team The role is a part of the Catalog s Creative Team. Cataloging is critical in enabling online shopping, where digital versions of the products are created to show the customers what the product looks and feels like. We use the right imagery, text and videos to accurately depict product details and help customers make the right decision. At Myntra studios we use some of the best quality equipment along with advanced Al- led image processing and NLP based tools to deliver high quality content to our customers. Roles Responsibilities A bridging role between production and post- production team, the Creative Quality team acts as the quality gatekeeper for catalog imagery quality. The team extensively works with both studio teams to ensure best output, with editing and re-editing teams to constantly update them on imagery benchmarking and cross- functional team for LVP enhancement through re-positioning of imagery, better cropping or resizing of images, image edits etc. Responsibility: Coordinating with the imagery production and post-production team to create best quality images. Training the Myntra partner studios with our guidelines and mentoring them through the process whilst trying to bring them at par with our in-house production. Come up with innovative ideas to constantly improve the catalog experience for the customers. Work in tandem with various teams within the catalog and outside to bring offline experience to the online shopping and improve the customer engagement on the app. Perform the quality check for the visuals for issues related to Photography, styling and editing. Ensuring daily targets are met along with the high end quality deliverables. Skills: Must possess passion for fashion and have a keen eye to detail. A problem solver who would help us bring offline experience into the world of online shopping. Excellent team and time management skills to coordinate between various teams while ensuring timely completion of tasks at hand. Should be good at translating ideas into well articulated presentations. Hands on understanding of fashion styling and photography. Should have knowledge of photoshop/ illustrator/ lightroom. Qualifications Experience Should be graduate from design college, preferably in Fashion Communication At least 4 years of experience in fashion studios or a fashion house Ideally from an e-Com background. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment. Portfolio mandatory.
