Associate - CHO Projects Mtrl Cord

You will be responsible for monitoring post-Purchase Order activities to ensure timely delivery of procured items from vendors to the respective Site. This includes overseeing the execution of activities by TLs and the Delivery Management team, such as obtaining order acceptance from vendors, tracking delivery progress, and following up with vendors. Your role will also involve ensuring timely delivery of procured items to the site, resolving any delivery-related issues promptly, and escalating vendor issues to Category Managers when necessary. Monitoring vendor performance, compliance with SLAs, and import activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the provision of documentation for imports, coordinate with the Imports (Customs) Group for clearance, and manage documentation storage related to procurement. You will act as a Single Point of Contact for the site, liaising with various departments and project teams to expedite procurement processes and address any delays or issues that may arise. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree or diploma in any field and 1-3 years of experience in an Expediting or Buying role. Knowledge of SAP systems and experience with web-based systems is desirable.
