Role : Associate Architect - Software Development Experience : 6 to 9 Years Work Location : Mumbai / Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Collaborate in the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI Build and optimize data models for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL databases. Develop resilient asynchronous data pipelines, event-driven systems, and caching (Redis). Contribute to the development of user-facing components for agent configuration and data visualization using JavaScript and React. Spearhead integration of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, Nvidia NIMs) for autonomous agents. Design and refine advanced RAG pipelines and Vector DBs (Milvus, PGVector, Pinecone). Champion prompt engineering, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and tool-calling. Support DevOps initiatives by using Git, Docker, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Job Requirements: Back-End Development (Required) - Proven experience in Python development, with a track record of building scalable backend services using FastAPI for RESTful APIs and WebSocket communications. Solid understanding of ORMs, relational database schema design (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and effective use of caching layers (Redis). Working knowledge of system integration patterns and non-relational database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for specific use cases within the AI platform. DevOps & Software Engineering Practices (Required) - Proficient in version control with Git and containerization with Docker Strong experience in designing, implementing, and advocating for comprehensive unit tests and other automated testing strategies; commitment to TDD/BDD principles is highly desirable. Proficient in agile development methodologies and conducting thorough, constructive code reviews. AI/ML Integration (Desired) - Experience architecting end-to-end AI applications and integrating LLMs into backend workflows. Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and tool-calling implementations. Background in designing and deploying RAG pipelines, with experience selecting and using Vector Databases (Milvus, PGVector, Pinecone). Total 15+ years experience and at minimum of 4 years of experience in presales. Previous experience working in a technical pre-sales position. Experience on RPA related sales is preferable. Maintain relationship with technology partners relative to RPA technologies - Form new partnerships as needed. Drive sales and opportunity pipelines for RPA practice and grow both practice and team. Present to customers about RPA along with demos and use cases for their industries. Roles and Responsibilities: Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business. Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert. Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals. Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions. Ensuring that the company s product can deliver on the customer s requirements. Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements. Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests. Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team. Providing ongoing support for customers post-implementation. Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable. Customer relationship management with existing customers - Will require occasional travel. Use Infrastructure as Code methodologies to automate and manage infrastructure and services Learn new technologies/patterns and incorporate them into the product with minimal disruption. Define and formulate coding best practices and guidelines for clean code Initiate, collaborate, and inculcate positive development practices into an agile team Work with architects in designing and delivering robust, secure cloud-native applications WHAT you'll BRING Excellent university degree (bachelor, diploma, master, PhD) in computer science or related engineering discipline 9 to 12 years of relevant industry experience Mandatory: Sound understanding of cloud-native architecture, development, design, and cloud platforms Good knowledge of software design patterns, including microservices and integrated systems. Excellent hands-on proficiency in NodeJS, Typescript/JavaScript, and possibly Go Sound knowledge of relational database management systems with a focus on SQL and administration. Experience running systems on container-based platforms (Kubernetes and/or Cloud Foundry) Confidence working within Unix / Linux shell environments with a focus on BASH/Python for automating scripting IaaS experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, GCP Experience working with CI/CD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written spoken) .
