Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. 2. Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for data extraction and analysis. 3. Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP systems for clients. 4. Support the E-commerce team in enhancing functionality and UI/UX. 5. Apply data analytics tools to identify trends and provide business improvement recommendations. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating proficiency in both written and spoken English. Experience with SYSPRO ERP is a plus.
