Additionally, you will assist executives in managing client interactions and documentation while maintaining databases and organizing confidential files. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience as an assistant to a co-founder, particularly in the jewelry industry, is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The desired experience level for this position is 6 months to 1 year. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
