Roles and Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in pharmacy courses. Conduct research and development activities related to pharmaceutical sciences. Develop curriculum for pharmacy programs and participate in academic planning. Mentor junior faculty members and graduate students on research projects. Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. Desired Candidate Profile M.Pharma or PhD degree with 1-6 years of experience (for Assistant Professor), For Professor or Associate Professor PhD mandatory with 12-15 years experience . Strong knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmacy practice management, quality assurance/quality control principles. Excellent teaching skills with ability to develop engaging lesson plans and assess student performance effectively. Strong research background with publications record in peer-reviewed journals; ability to secure external funding for research projects.
