Job Overview We are looking for high-performing sales professionals to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric-driven analytical approach. Key Responsibilities Conduct client visits to identify and generate B2B leads Support customer acquisition and help drive new business Connect onboarded customers to relevant sellers on the platform Share market intelligence on pricing and competitor activity Maintain updated customer profiles and lead status in CRM Assist customers during their credit application process Work closely with the team leader to meet monthly targets Basic Qualification Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field Strong interest in B2B sales, with a willingness to build a career in the steel industry (flats segment HR, CR, PPGL, OMS, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets in a dynamic and field-based sales environment Comfortable with fieldwork, customer acquisition, and relationship management Ability to understand customer needs, offer relevant solutions, and follow through on sales closures Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analytical skills Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Qualification Graduate/Engineer/MBA.
