Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tooling/Process Engineer with 3to 5 years of hands-on experience in tool design, manufacturing processes, and sheet metal engineering. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of manufacturing tooling and process optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across operations. Job Title: Tooling/Process Engineer Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Chennai Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or NTTF Certified Key Responsibilities: Tool Design & Manufacturing: Design, develop, and validate tools and dies for sheet metal and related processes. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective tooling solutions. Process Engineering: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, particularly in sheet metal forming, bending, and metal joining techniques . Provide technical support for surface treatment processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Process Control & Quality: Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools for process monitoring and improvement. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Automation & Machinery: Support and maintain CNC machines and robotic automation systems.
