1. Will lead and manage team of Field Officer in the assigned area. 2. Prepare monthly plan and activity calendar for conducting promotional activities 3. Review and monitor performance of the team and report to the zonal manager 4. Build brand visibility through road shows & local sales promotionalactivities 5. Interaction with financial institutions & local authorities to ensureschemes/events/funding/compliance is made available to customers anddealers 6. Ensure target achievement for the assigned territory 7. Financial discipline & control ensure timely collection for assignedterritory 8. Plan, forecast & report sales performance in assigned territory 9. Monitor & report activity of competition to concerned Area Manager
