Assistant Manager, Service and Parts Sales

As a Service and Parts Sales Engineer at Yanmar Engine Manufacturing India (YEMI) Pvt. Ltd, you will be a key member of our team dedicated to manufacturing Industrial Engines and providing sales and service support for Industrial Engines, Agricultural Products, and Marine Engines of various sizes. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site and off-site installation, validation, and commissioning of engines, as well as offering high-level technical support via phone, online, and in person. You will collaborate closely with Company distributors, service dealers, and FIE Shops to expand the service network and achieve spare parts sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include communicating with customers to address any concerns, conducting competition mapping and market feedback analysis, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
