Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Streamlining sales processes, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and generating reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Providing support to the sales team.
  • Managing the logistics and documentation related to exporting goods, including coordinating shipments and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Managing costs associated with exports, such as shipping, duties, and taxes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations and/or export management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
