Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Streamlining sales processes, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and generating reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Providing support to the sales team.
Managing the logistics and documentation related to exporting goods, including coordinating shipments and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Ensuring compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures.
Managing costs associated with exports, such as shipping, duties, and taxes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations and/or export management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
