Task Working as Intercompany buyer

Supporting purchasing tasks - RFQ Management / COP / SDS / Tooling tracking

Handling complex purchasing tasks and reports

Handling simple negotiations

Project purchasing - Independent project handling

Supporting in development of new tasks

Working with couple of team members and train them

Assisting team in analyzing defects

Driving certain special projects in function

Process

compliance Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines

Doing self quality check

Notifying internal, external defects and working per corrective actions

Maintaining task documentation as per guideline

Daily timesheet recording

Tools/Systems Understand and utilize PU/LOG tools and systems for executing tasks

Soft Skill Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English

Intercultural Awareness for USA & Germany

IATF 16949 - Awareness

Time management , Conflict management, Presentation skills

Misc / Others Participate in team and department meetings

Maintain 5S of own area
