Assistant Manager - HR & Administration

As an HR and Administration Executive at our company, you will be based at our primary posting in Edavannappara (Head office) with responsibilities extending to our Mampad & Palakkad Manufacturing Units. To excel in this role, you should hold a qualification in Any Graduation with specialization in HR or related fields and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Administration. Your key responsibilities will include managing HRMS (Human Resource Management System) operations and ensuring data accuracy, overseeing statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, and other labor regulations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating with plant managers at Mampad and Palakkad units, preparing HR reports for management, and handling employee queries and grievances professionally. To thrive in this role, you should have a working knowledge of HRMS software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel frequently to Mampad and Palakkad locations, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Please note that males are preferred for this position due to the nature of frequent travel and on-site coordination involved.
