Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to mitigate potential risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new products or processes while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Provide training on fire fighting techniques, emergency response planning, and evacuation procedures to employees. Ensure timely reporting of incidents and near misses using incident reporting tools like LOTO. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in EHS & ESG role with expertise in areas such as auditing, environment health safety regulations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems including detection methods and suppression techniques. Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing emergency response plans.
