Assistant Manager Banking

Job Responsibilities Arrangement of Finance: Arrangement of Working Capital Finance for various business requirements across the Group. Arrangement of Vehicle/Equipment Finance. Participation in other funding exercises, including but not restricted to Term Loans, Private Equity (PE), etc. Negotiating interest costs. Banking & Compliance: Completion of banking formalities, including submission of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) projections, DP (Drawing Power) statements, KYC papers, documentation, etc. BG (Bank Guarantee) Preparation and Cancellation. Bill Discounting - Onboarding and Renewal processes. Employee Financing: Managing Employee Car Financing. Data Management: Creating a Data Bank for timely submission of information to Banks and other stakeholders. Accounting & Reporting: Passing entries in Books of Accounts in respect of funding/borrowing related transactions. Timely completion of regular financial reports and ad hoc information sought by top management for their review. Handling the following activities and MIS preparation: Staff advance, Loan, and Imprest. Gratuity Payment. NPS (National Pension System) deposit. No Dues for FFS (Full & Final Settlement) in System. Market Vehicle Profitability. Indirect expense (except Fleets). Liaison & Support: Liaison and providing information to Credit Rating Agencies. Supporting other teams/cross-teams in respect of any Bank-related issues. Coordination with Vehicle Sellers for invoicing (credit notes etc.) and passing corresponding entries in books of accounts. Required Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of Banking and Credit Rating. Minimum Debt Book handled of approximately Rs. 200 Crores with essential experience in handling working capital and rupee term loans. Sound working knowledge of MS Excel.
