Job Description

Role & responsibilities

AGM Execution

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Ensure timely execution of projects as per the approved schedule and budget.
Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and planning teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor material consumption and manage inventory to reduce wastage.
Conduct regular site reviews and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
Identify execution challenges and resolve site-level issues proactively.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at the site (e.g., labor laws, safety, RERA requirements).
Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
Maintain documentation related to execution, including DPR (Daily Progress Reports), contractor bills, and QC checklists.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Strong understanding of civil construction methods, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
Proven experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.
Proficiency in project execution software, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
