Location: Remote About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant/ Co-ordinator to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Help onboard new employees, including preparing offer letters, managing documentation, and conducting orientation Support employee engagement activities and internal communications Maintain and update employee records in our HR database Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR-related questions Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and leave management Provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or HR software Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude Previous internship or related experience in HR is a plus.
